This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between you (the user) and the Lingible app during the use of the service.

The Lingible app provides the following features:
Reading e-books with parallel translation
Saving unfamiliar words
Learning saved words through built-in educational tools
Uploading your own book files (in supported formats such as .txt, .epub, .fb2, etc.)
3. User Responsibility

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload the books you use in the app.
3.2.
You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload. We do not review user-uploaded content and are not liable for copyright infringements.
4. Restrictions
It is prohibited to:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Upload materials that violate copyright or contain illegal content
Interfere with the operation of the app or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its features
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, design, interface, and functionality of the Lingible app belong to its developers. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app.
6. Updates and Changes
The developers reserve the right to modify the functionality of the app, update the terms of this Agreement, and discontinue support for the app at any time.
